How can I care for my jewellery?
- The best way to maintain your jewellery is by keeping it in a sealed bag or a box and avoid exposure to water or any harsh substances that may damage the stones or remove any of the patina. It is completely normal for silver jewellery to tarnish after some time, just give them a good clean with your silver polishing cloth, but be gentle with the stones.
Has the jewellery been hallmarked?
- The UK exemption for hallmarking weights of 7.78 grams for silver, 1 gram for gold/palladium and 0.5 grams for platinum. Anything above this weight requirement, excluding the weight of the stones will be hallmarked. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your jewellery to be send off and hallmarked.
